Reached out to Puffers for a bouquet for my wife for our 25th Anniversary. I had a vision of a dozen roses plus 13 additional flowers, one for every year. They knocked it out of the park. See picture. Would recommend.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered 5/7/2026. Received email confirmation they were delivered 5/7/2026. Checked in with my mom 5/9/2026 and the flowers were not delivered. Tried calling Puffers that afternoon but they were closed. Called the Amherst location and a helpful employee took my info and contacted the Elyria location and my mom received her flowers. Highly disappointed but kudos to the lady in Amherst who helped me out. This is a "one and done" with Puffers.

I ordered flowers through 1-800-flowers, for valentines day, to be delivered on valentines day. I even paid 29.99 for express delivery. Guess what didn't come on valentines day? Flowers that I paid a pretty penny for. Their shop closes at 6pm. I get a call at 5:54 pm, I. Called right back at 5:55pm. No answer. I tried calling several times. No answer. Did I mention what didn't come ? That's right the flowers I ordered for valentines day, to be delivered on valentines. Not the next day. If you can't fulfill orders, maybe you shouldn't take orders for delivery. I called 1-800-flowers and voiced my displeasure. They called my girlfriend to apologize to her. Normally I walk into a florist, pick out an arrangement. This week has been impossible due to my work schedule and appointments. Hence, calling 1-800-flowers. Let's just say, I will never call 1-800-flowers, and I will never use Puffers. Way to ruin valentines day, this will be the most memorable nightmare to memory. Way to make memories. My advice, walk in, pick out your arrangement, you at least will be guaranteed to get flowers, don't use 1-80]-flowers, and don't use Puffers as your prefer florist, otherwise disappointment will
